Philosophy of using the RISC CISC architecture was that it was not as fast and flexible to accommodate growth in the RISC. RISC architecture had on many occasions, flexibility and speed when performing the same activities.RISC processors in 1980 were very simple ones available currently available in the market. These processors only thousands of transistors and a typical instruction set was 32 steps. However, over time the number of transistors in the CPU as well as increased education. Previously, the processor register size is also limited to 8-bit, but as technology advances throughout the registers also increased at the same time allows performed fewer CPU cycles.

Today, many x86-based processors use a RISC like a good design.
